Rooms & Rates
Rocklands Accommodation offers long-term and casual accommodation. Long-term accommodation is a minimum of six weeks stay and short term is four weeks. Residents who have checked in and wish to leave within this six week period for whatever reason will be charged a daily rate and further administration fee. Residents are required to give us 48 hours notice to check out.

Volkerling Single
(Large – 9 sq mtrs) $400.00 bond/$27 per day long term

Rocklands Accommodation has a limited number of Double rooms, Twin rooms and Ensuite Rooms. Please inquire at reception for availability and rates or call Shehana 021 841 930.
Upon checking in residents are totally responsible for their own room and personal belongings. Rent is to be paid by automatic payment on the anniversary of your date of checking in. There is a zero tolerance for rent arrears.
